Several of my hens are Coughing and Watery Poo??

Withour funds to pay for a vet... any suggestions on free testing?

Should I try to feed medicated chick feed for a couple weeks and dispose of eggs(30 eggs a day)?

Any suggestions?

Did I mention money was tight

have you had any rain lately, has it been especially hot there like here. When chickens are over heated they will have watery poo and the coughing could just be from dry dusty conditions.

Otherwise I would start with vitamins (nutridrench) and maybe a dose of wormer (especially for gape). Not sure if this helps. But remember the KISS principle (Keep It Simple Silly) and the hypocratic oath, first is do no harm.
