Sex ducks

I was wondering if anyone could help me identify my new addition to the family.
I bought these a few weeks ago at TSC and was wondering what breed they are, and male/female? TIA.

Khaki Campbell and a Rouen. Do they QUACK really loudly? That would indicate a female. If they quietly rasp, that indicates it's a males.

It's hard to tell, they both quack at the same time, and it's more of a high pitched, not raspy sound.
Do you know if they're a risk for flight when I take them outside? Should I keep them in a coop/with a run?

Are you able to get a video? At this point, it sounds like they're females. Something definitely could get them while free-ranging, and they need somewhere to get away from the weather, so yes, they do need a coop.
