So cute!!! I'd also know if there's a trick to sexing this breed as I have some feathering out now my self.

Apparently males have wilder hair than females and females are more round. And of course when they're older the saddle and neck feathers are a lot pointier too like most roosters.

I made this post asking for sexing tips as I'm new to Polishes myself, so I apologize if you thought I had the answers.

As for your comment which I think you deleted, I do try to trim their crests little by little and am still working on them. Izalith's crest is quite formidable, and I've never had a chicken like this before so working with their crest is new to me, but she is safe and can see well enough to eat and drink still, and is in no danger of predation from her crest as they are all kept in a well secured run in my backyard
