Curious! Thermal generally refers to heat in English. So what you have is a motorized (which DOES produce heat
Apologies, it's the second time I'm making a fool of myself with a wrong translation. I will never mock Emmanuel Macron's English again. In french a "moteur thermique" is one that works with gas and I didn't think translating thermique to thermal would make it sound like some warm jacuzzi in a wheel barrow.
It's called a Track Barrow.
Thanks! I'm guessing from Google both motorized or track borrow would do.
They tend not to perform as well as one might think on slopes.
What they are great for is moving wet concrete on very muddy ground. If you've every tried to wheelbarrow an ordinary wheelbarrow full of concrete in ankle deep mud you would appreciate one of these.
Mud ? What is this?
It depends on the model. Ours does great on slopes, it's small, slow, not very powerful but very tractable (and almost 30 years old) whereas my stepfather's is bigger and faster but not as reliable on steep terrain.
It's extremely useful to us, not only to carry all kind of materials but also to bring small but heavy engines where we need them on the property like the wood chipper or the tiller ( hope I'm using the correct terms 😬). I can't imagine how we would have brought the lumber for the roof without it from where we parked the truck.

In steep terrain it does need to be driven by someone strong enough to hold it back if it starts tumbling, which isn't my case.
Yup, even if there is food and good scotch.
It's not so much the having to work; it's having to take my boots off.:D
Let me put this into context.
The reason I have this rule is because my partner NEVER takes off his damn french army rangers in the house.
He would probably even wear them in bed, if he could.
Since I'm not sure if people outside France have the equivalent of this very french boot I will post this tax where you can zoom on his feet.

Are they green? They look just like DH’s work boots except being black. Dh doesn’t like to take his off in the house either. :gig He will take them off at other peoples houses though. DH is from a French family so he has nice manners in other peoples houses!

Black and only black. They are made for the army and now you can only get them second hands from military.
I'm not sure about the french having nice manners, like the track barrow, it depends on the model 😂.
I do hope your partner's really careful with it; I read an article the other day about how many farmers here are killed every year by tractors falling over on them.
He makes up in luck what he lacks in caution.
Last month there was a very dramatic and stupid accident around here, a well known farmer got crushed under a huge bale of hay and killed himself.

Too sick to make it to the allotments today. I'm testing negative for Covid but the doctor thinks I've got the Noravirus and a possible chest infection.
I can't go far from the toilet at the moment. I'm okay to do stuff at a slow pace but there are no toilets on buses or on the walks from bus to train, trian to allotments etc. I'm not getting a lot of warning.
I'm sure you all wanted to know this.
3 days for the both ends problem to fully go apparently.
If you agreed to go see a vet and he agreed to look at you , you must be very unwell indeed. It's probably a good thing about this toilet problem because it will force you to get some rest 😛. Maybe you can work on some of these beautiful chicken stories meanwhile ?

Make sure you keep well hydrated - ideally not with scotch!

if there is such a thing, the number of single or remarried mums - and absent dads - would suggest that it doesn't work well with humans after the mate bit.
And also makes me wonder why I (and quite a few other humans both male and females I believe) would still take up the hazardous project of sharing our lives with someone with no intention whatsoever at reproducing the specie.
