That is the same thing my dad use to say.
And look where that type of thinking has gotten us. It's a shame to be so uninformed and cynical. As my father use to say, if they aren't a crook when they get voted into office they certainly will be when they get voted out of office.![]()
According to picturethis app it is called balloon plant"And look where that type of thinking has gotten us. It's a shame to be so uninformed and cynical.
I do my research and give everything I can to the better candidate. I may not agree with all ideals but I'd like to put the best in office and keep the crooked out.
Lurking and political talk tax.
Up Koke'e for the rest of summer. Been a challenge due to weather and roaming pooches. I have a fair weather coop set up but fences are decent and I have been resolving my problems systematically. Chooks don't get to free range w/o me being no more than 10' away for awhile longer.View attachment 3213436
Bigger half of my flock is home braving the heat with DH. I have a broody locked in broody coop sitting on 10 eggs and an incubator full with 20 eggs. Thank goodness for security cameras as I can spy on all 24/7 and see things are working well. View attachment 3213441
BTW- Does anyone know what this plant is?View attachment 3213443View attachment 3213444
Thank you! What a cool ap and what great help! Awesome!
And I have just discovered that the oyster shell readily available to me is in fact chunks of limestone
Mine chow down the oyster shell, they have a bin available at all times. I buy it in a 50 pound bag which costs about twice what the fancy brand name 5# bag costs. Lasts about a year for over 20 hens.Mine have never, ever, touched oyster shell or grit.
Well I need to go look at the fine print on the bag. But it is heavy so I will do that when it is cooler! What?? Is there no such thing as factual ingredients in a product??

I have never purchased grit since they live in a barn with a dirt alley and get outside as much as they want during the day.
