Everyone’s chicks are adorable! I just ordered ducklings and I’m super excited to have my own babies running around soon!

I’ll be hatching my small flock of ducks eggs once they begin laying again. Which is hopefully February!

New here! Got a bunch of babies

and 6 ended up dying. No idea why. But we are giving it another go and currently have 10 in the brooder. 2 Blue Barred Olive Eggers, 2 Buff O’s, 2 Blue Laced Wyandotte’s, 1 Americauna and 3 Silkies (not pictured).

I've just hatched some mixed breed chicks from my own flock.

Some are Orpingtons crossed with a large breed of chicken developed in New Zealand. Then we have some mixed bantams, and tiny, pure OEGBs.

This one is my favourite, an Orpington cross:
