OK, first baby is here! Here are some pics, sorry about the quality, even my canon 40D can't focus through all the condensation.

Thanks Phage, I can't imagine a chick coming out of them, they are so small!! I hope they all hatch and I get some hens!

I killed a split silkie and a CALL DUCK!!!! I candeled my broodies eggs and went to leave -all happy mind you-and I didnt shut the broodies door behind me-shes in a cuboard-and I hear splat splat! I turned and looked and 2 like chicks-1 call duck-1 silkie ...I picked them both up and wanted to cry-blood everywhere-they were both straining to breath? the duck was 2 1/2 weeks and silkie was 2 weeks...This just SUCKKS!!!! Everyone knows how much I wanted those call ducks-I have 1 egg left! That poor baby and I personally am at fault for its demise! frig frig frig
