That's the egg that has an almost fully developed chick in it.....I think maybe they're pickled....that I'm not sure on but they eat them!

There are definitely some foods I find extremely disturbing: Balut, Foie Gras, Escargo, Veal and anything that has HEAD CHEESE as an ingredient...
