Accidents like that just make you feel bad, period. But it was just an accident and i'm glad the dog's owner came right by and picked him up. That was really nice that you went back to check on the dog, most folks wouldn't.

The first young lady is a blue orpington. She is my darkest orp. I love her coloring and laced look.

I may sell in the spring for awhile, but my ultimate goal is to get nice black orp stock (KorfusKluckers or bamachicken, probably my top choice) and breed them back to the pures work on the orp size. My new lav orp roo will be paired with pullets hatched from Hinkjc eggs, I lucked out and bought a batch of split lav eggs directly from her early in the summer. I want to help with the project and developing the breed, kwim? I plan on going to the Fall show Saturday and am really hoping Christina from KorfusKluckers is there.

I have 5 roos and 2 blrw pullets left. Three roos are pretty young. My blrw roo (pictured) either came from you or Cowgirlgrace, I am almost positive from you. I got both right near the same time and did a bad job of keeping track. My dark blue roo (he was being a butt so no pic today) is from Ilovefrizzles and both of my pullets are from Cowgirlgrace.

I dont think this is one of the threads nifty is shutting down as we are still hatching and I still update all the time? That and we discuss SOOOO much chicken stuff and health on here its not even funny! Like someone else said alot of references and great links to other things on here!!!

My pm thread oooh IDK all though we do talk alot about animals but mostly photos and family! I would hate to see that shut down though:-(

shes going to docs today-I havent seen her this sick in years-Normally its a cough or something that lasts a day or so enough to stay home but this time wow!!! none of the medicine is helping her it seems
