SO, I was leery about brooding the babies in the house, but I have to say, it isn't that bad. I'm sure it will get bad, but right now I am so enjoying watching Fuzzy Butt TV and they don't seem as spastic since we are spending so much time with them.

My broody hen is hatching her babies!!! I was feeding the silkies for the night and I hear little tiny weany cheepping-I picked her up and saw a split lav! she was not happy I was picking her up so I put her down-dont know if any others have hatched yet Ill check again tomorrow -she's on 2 BLRW eggs that stayed growing and another split lav eggs-the other broody is due sat??
