2 friz roos and 2 friz hens

so, that means 4 smooth hens and 1 smooth roo as well...

Right, but I am betting that she is trying to sell them because they either aren't fertile anymore (most likely since they are 3) or she is getting out of them. Bob emailed her about her reserve price and shipping and she never responded, so we took that as she won't ship them. Plus, I have since heard some not so great things about the seller, so that makes me even more leery.

What other sites do you guys look at for eggs/birds? I check out: ebay, ovabid, eggbid, bidbird, featherauction, byc(duh!) and showbirdbid...any others that i'm missing? just wondering...

And, anyone who is selling birds and says that "all are carrying the frizzle gene" and there are smooth birds, is not someone I want to buy from. If a bird has the frizzle gene, it shows. If it is smooth, no gene.

I honestly don't look at anything other than here and occasionally eBay. Mainly because I don't know the other sites well enough to trust them. I will look if someone sends me a link and consider buying if it is really what I want and can't find it anywhere else.

The internet is great and I am on it a lot, but there are very few sites I go to, just because I don't trust the net a whole lot. Too much bad juju floating around out there.
