Generally they are called fart eggs or wind eggs also rooster eggs. Most times they don't have a yolk in them but once in awhile one will.

I haven't cracked it open yet . Maybe I'll save it. Its my first fart egg. I hope its the last. They would be hard to sell unless I threw it in with some quail eggs.
