She is on strike

Got a black star was laying a ehh every day she is a year old I went on vacation for 3 days came back to no eggs figured she just missed me. Had some one feeding them but it's been 3 weeks and still no egg. She don't appear to be molting and is heathy it's not got cold I'm in Alabama. Mabey I should have took her with me huh. Any suggestions of why it went from every day to none as soon as I left?

I think stress could be a factor. Is she alone, or at the bottom of the pecking order? Maybe with you gone feels somehow threatened.

no she has another hen with her and she is at the top of the pecking order. I only had her for 6 weeks could me leaving for 3 days really effect her laying?
