I wonder if that's why it's called a Hova-Bator? Cause you "Hova" over it all day and night?

I was going to ask about your hygrometer, but it's all been said. I'd give it time and see if it comes up. If you need to, close vents for 1/2 hour to up  the humidity but just remember to open them back up. I usually close mine to get the humidity up at lockdown and then open them back up and it doesn't fall too drastically.
