She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Wait a sec, this is going to sound pretty dumb, but you wrote that article?? I've read it a bunch of times in the past and had no idea you were the author!! I thought your blog was something different and that you just liked that article so that's why you pass it along!! Lol. (Once I read NorthernNY and pellet stove, a light bulb went off) This whole time I had no idea!! :he
I've been passing it on to anyone that's new at hatching since you first gave it to me!!

Don't want to step on toes or enter a convo a day late with an opinion...but..... is it just one egg that had extra fluid or was it the majority of the batch that was affected? Because you want to make sure you are adjusting to the majority. If all but a couple eggs hatched with no signs of drowning/excess fluid, than you don't want to adjust because that points to the individual eggs and not the overall hatch. We can't possibly give every egg the optimal conditions because they individual eggs have to many variables themselves. IF the majority shows signs of high humidity then yes, I would agree. Sorry if I missed teh overall picture, but I just saw talk of one egg and I can't remember what everyone has going on...lol

****
There were three. I think they all had extra liquid in them(liquid sloshing around under the membrane?). But I guess I don't know enough to know for sure if iot was excess liquid or an appropriate amount. I'll definitely keep this in mind.

Aww, man! You too? I thought maybe it was the chicks in the bathroom, but I've been this way for the past few days whether I'm here or somewhere else. Maybe it's our general area.
Feel better.

That's ok, I thought you knew this whole time it was mine...lol Trust me I know what you mean. I used to pick up on things way quicker and be able to make come backs way quicker than I can now. I sometimesI think I have more "blond moments" that not...lol

A long as the previous activities didn't fry the kids , you are ahead of the game

Come on! Come on! In all sincerity I do hope you get 75%. I really do want to do you a parade. You did a pretty awesome one for me and while I know I can't compete with your parades or GIF comebacks, I so want to reciprocate!

@ WalnutHill, how is dinner coming along?

I got pulled away selling chickens and banding turkeys and controlling squirrel invasions, but...

Smoked turkey...pure delight.
Dressing with apples, cranberries and walnuts...yummy!
Home canned green beans...not as good as fresh, but much quicker.
Sweet potatoes didn't happen, but loaded baked potatoes made it.
