Congrats!I got one hatch this morning and several pips on backyard chicks that I wasn't expecting until tomorrow. First one was 15 minutes pip/zip/pop. That is one baby in a hurry. And that was after moving the eggs while in lockdown from one incubator to another, and not giving any attention to which way the dip in the air cell is and just rolling them on in.
Good luck with the rest
I will be sat out with them tomorrow, the shed is great for that. Only moved them out a few hours ago so giving them chance to settle before I start mauling them. I'm sure they will be sick of me soon enough sitting out with them. I've just sneaked out and had a quick look and they are like a little carpet under the lamp so cute
Did turning go ok during incubation? Sometimes how the eggs are stored prior to setting can affect embryo positioning.
