She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

Feeling pretty accomplished. I got my fencing up so my run is complete. Let the teenagers out for a little fun. Took a while before they would all come out, but eventually they all made it out and were enjoying themselves.
Nice! It feels good to get them in some safe space. How is the eye?

Hi everyone :frow

Hatch went well, 26 of the 27 that went into lockdown hatched. The last egg croaked it sometime after lockdown. I've also lost a chick :hit Number 26 that hatched was weak and was late compared to the rest of the chicks. Just would not eat and drink or do anything. Other half knocked it on the head for me in the end to put it out of its misery.

The remaining 25 are all doing well though and out in the brooding shed. They are enjoying the space so much and have started their mining through the shavings!!

I hope to be able to sex mine in the next few weeks. I have some pretty good guesses now, but I'm gunshy after mistakingly selling roosters as "pullets".

SC, I thought you would have posted "Delicious!" under that pic.
