She said/He said Who's right? Who's wrong? No one!

I was just teasing too. I would figure I would be more like Bugtraq, and not read the directions so carefully to begin with, so this is all great information for me. There is info on almost anything on this forum, but its almost too much sometimes, and hard to find exactly what you need. So thanks!
A lot of other threads will fuss if you ask a question that has already been asked, or could be searched. We aren't like that. If you have a specific question, it's much easier to just ask the question than it is to try and search a thread, then search that thread for the answer. There's no way anyone will read the whole thread (well, except sjturner
gig.gif
, that's got OCD written all over it

), so if anyone is lurking and has a question, just jump right in

Hey Ruby, how are your peas coming along?

Aww, thank you for asking! Today is day 14 & all have active movement inside. I'm actually starting to think I may see a peachick hatch!! I keep reading how hard they are to hatch and how a lot die, late in the game. I'm not getting my hopes up. But I am doing my homework on caring for the chicks just incase I get a couple. Halfway there! They are the only local eggs I have done. And my only unanswered question at the moment is the air cells are perfect circles on the end (even across the fat end). They don't tilt down on one side, like all the candling drawings show. Have you or anyone ever had any eggs like that?

Aren't you using a brinsea? Octagon? Mine are usually more uniform beause the eggs are incubated upright, but not quite perfectly even

Never done peahen eggs but my duck eggs all had pretty flat air cells. They didn't start sloping till 5 days from hatch and I incubate on their side. I always figured mimicking nature as close to possible would be better.
