My salvage GQF iis ticking along nicely, I was gone 10 days and home long enough to move them to the hatching tray and added water and a humidity pad. By the time I get home I may have poults.

I did screw up though. At day 14 I stopped the turner to candle and forgot to restart. So my turkeys have been sitting still for 12 days. I candled last night and still have 5 looking ready to pip internally.

it's a little giant 9300 should I fill all the chambers? Once I do that I then plug the vents? Then wait til I have new fuzzy friends? Omg!!!!

@desiree210 I agree with the others. Dont plug those vents! Get humidity up to 60-70.

@WVduckchick I put them in on July 11. Still air incubator was at 100. What am I risking by locking down now?

If they are chirping already, then they must be getting close. So you don't have much choice but to up the humidity and keep them going. I have to think your temps must have been on the high side, to speed them along a little faster than normal. They could still take another day or two, which is still going to be early, but not unheard of. Good luck!

@RavynFallen@WVduckchick here is a pic. I think one of the eggs is a goose egg it's larger and a light blue color.

I think those might be Call duck eggs... size does not look like larger duck eggs... and they can be a range of colors...

Good luck, keep us posted with the new eggs. Me and Ruby will check in with you next January!

Yes!!

Love them!!

The pullets were only laying for a week and a half to two weeks. The eggs might be too small? I have no idea. Last hatch went great.

There's still hope! :fl
