I agree, long pointed and draping tail, shiny hackle feathers. I would also agree with Tycine1, he's the beta male so he has to watch himself. No crowing and even comb growth might be suppressed.
 
My second roo got his crow later, but ended up bigger than the first one, and now the second roo is number one. So you may not find out for sure who is your number one for a while.

However, if you don't separate them, they will probably find a way to get along. I have several rooster pairs sharing a flock, and they do seem to work things out.
