She turned and looked at him, her eyes filled with tears.
<Calm down, okay? Look, if you can try to clear your mind it will help you feel a lot better. Just try to think of something that makes you feel better; if we talk about happy stuff, it will definitely help. I know that it does because it worked lke magic for me when my first dog died 8 years ago. What normaly makes you feel better when you're feeling really down?>
The animal continued to watch them, still completely undetected.

(thx 4 the tip!)
"Jadyn, hold on!" Seth said; he changed back into a hawk and went after her.
Down on the forest floor, a strange animal looked up and watched Seth and Jadyn; being careful to stay hidden and quiet as to avoid detection, it moved closer to them.
"Follow me." She morphed back into a human then jumped from the branch, morphing into a hawk at the last minute before hitting the ground. She waited for Seth.
She started flying back to the camp, towards her cabin.
Seth followed, wondering what she was about to show him.
The animal that had been watching them began running in the direction they were flying. It ran on its hind legs and was very fast, easily keeping pace with them while remaining hidden.
She flew into her cabin threw the window and landed on her bed before morphing into a human.
Seth landed outside and changed back to human before coming inside. With his hawk form being about 5 times larger than any regular Red-tailed hawk, he would not have been able to fly through Jadyn's window without taking half of the cabin wall with him. He walked up next to her bed and waited patiently for what she would show him.
The creature ran soundlessly up to the back of Jadyn's cabin. Staying in the shadows to avoid being seen by anyone who was outside, it put its head carefuly up to the wall and listened for when Seth and Jadyn began talking.
Seth looked at the picture and said "Yeah, I went through this same kind of thing as well." He handed the picture back to her before pulling a small photo out of his back pocket. "This was taken when I was dating a girl named Sophie about 2 years ago. This is the only picture I have left of her, she was on the same Star-Liner with Jimmy's mom. Sure, I miss her, but I told myself that I needed to not dwell on the past so much; and you know what, it worked. I taught myself to remember the good times we had but not be sad about her being gone anymore. In fact, now it accually feels like... like she's still here with me."She pulled out a photo album and opened it, a prominent picture of her with her family and Jim from a few summers ago showed. "This is why it's so hard for me..." She handed Seth the picture.
