Shipped eggs, Air cells, and Hatch-a-long

Eek!!! Amazing!! What do you use to candle. I’m deciding what to buy currently.

My incubator came with a flashlight with a little collar on it where I can just stick the eggs on top and see what's inside!

If the cell was saddled or displaced, more times than not, by day 15 or so of incubation, the air cell will have grown enough to “reattach” and be normal shape. I hatch all my shipped eggs on their side and turn upright like you are.

if the cell is moving and not stable, but the chick has still developed to lockdown, people often hatch upright in a carton, but there’s a ton of varying opinions on the efficacy of that.

Make sure that you do not judge your humidity based off of the saddle air cells in the beginning because they will appear larger than they should for the day of incubation you are at until near the end.

9 more days! 8 this afternoon! I candle again tomorrow! I can't wait!

Just candled! 3 duds? Not really sure what I'm looking at. Any ideas? First picture is one of the questionable eggs. Second is a developing one.
