If the cell was saddled or displaced, more times than not, by day 15 or so of incubation, the air cell will have grown enough to “reattach” and be normal shape. I hatch all my shipped eggs on their side and turn upright like you are. 
if the cell is moving and not stable, but the chick has still developed to lockdown, people often hatch upright in a carton, but there’s a ton of varying opinions on the efficacy of that.
Make sure that you do not judge your humidity based off of the saddle air cells in the beginning because they will appear larger than they should for the day of incubation you are at until near the end.
