Cheeka, I think the Dark Angel is creepy enough as is. Someone put a lot of time into that (or is it a kit?). We are expecting rain on Halloween. Kids are too old for T&T so we'll just hang at home in front of a fire and eat candy!

So, couple of months ago, I was at the feed store, and there was this big cat in the Please-adopt-me cage. He was lying on the shelf with his legs sticking out at both ends and his head pressed against the bars. I squeezed his feet, and he didn't mind or react at all, so I thought, what a cool cat. Ming needs a friend!

Meet Henry (aka Hank).




We worried how he would get along with Ming because he is literally twice as big.
Here he is lounging on the cat tree.

He barely fits!

It's taken a while, and he can play a bit rough, but Ming seems to be able to hold her own. It would be easier if she had teeth!






He's a pretty cool dude.

They are both gorgeous W4W! Sydney cat is looking rough again and losing fur. She did this a couple of years ago and the vet couldn't find any reason for it. She loses a bunch of weight and fur and licks herself until she has sore places. Last time I actually put her outside because she kept hacking up hairballs all over and she got better. She stays out now, and I'm worried with winter coming. I have been wondering if it's time but I don't know. She is around 13ish so not a youngster anymore.

Poor Sydney.

My big dog has skin problems that turn into very expensive abscesses. Vet is not sure why, but thinks it might be seasonal allergies that get out of control. A single flea also causes her big problems. It's getting worse as she ages (she's 10). Maybe some flea stuff could help Sydney or maybe a change in diet? Chicken and rice tends to be easy on their systems. Maybe some fish oil? All stuff I've tried with Belle with limited success.




LOVE the cuckoo Polish, clindz! I like just about anything cuckoo.

Maybe a bath of tea tree oil and oatmeal shampoo will help the skin problems.

of course the new girls acted all chicken when I came in... dashing back into their kennel nest - wow, there are a lot of feathers in there...
but after I had made the rounds to all the pens, I spotted little Portia or Celine or whatever her name will be... in the bowl, eating pizza. she saw me just at the last second and tried to scoot back to the nest, but I caught her!

oh and W4W, I don't know about the ghoul's construction, might be a kit... it's on a route I did, I don't personally know the people... just thought it was way too cool to not get a pic especially since the breeze had spun it just right!

I have to say cuckoo wasn't my favorite, but I love how she looks with her perfect head poff!!! So now I"m liking it more.

I've got 11 babies and I'm hoping at least 5 or 6 are girls. The wait is killing me

Chickenlindz, do you have an iPhone? Turns out Apple has stopped supporting the 4 & 5.
I was passing close to the house last night. Spent the night in Brookville, PA. Was in the bathroom with a person wearing yellow hotpants. He had nice legs. I have to give him that! He was an ignorant man in general, but we had a nice conversation while he put on his makeup.
Headed for Chicago. Will stop in Gary Indiana tonight, and deliver cocoa powder in the morning.
