there ya go MC!

We had a big claw foot tub in the old 1912 farmhouse I grew up in. Then dad remodeled to split the single bathroom into two, and the tub became a water trough.

Used to let my duckies swim in it!

Did you know Meatloaf got eaten in Rocky Horror Picture Show?

LMC, I am so looking forward to seeing more pictures!!!!!

SBMom, I've seen those tiny half tubs. I am glad that is not what I have...! but sometimes, I do wish I had a shower... it's faster... but then, when I do go visiting and have a chance to use a shower... all I want is my big ole tub! the low shower head is more of a European thing. you have to sit down in the tub part to rinse you hair... I come from a family of giants. I'm one of two under 6' tall (and yes, I mean the women) the other is my cousins daughter. she had her taken by c-section almost 2 months early to try to stunt her growth... but my cuz is 6'2" and her husband is 6'8", her first child is a boy, and when he was little, they did that bone/space test thingy and determined that he would be well over 7' tall. when she got pregnant again, and found out it was a girl... she didn't want her daughter to be 7' tall... so Alison is 5'10". I'm puny at 5'6" (Celiac stunted my growth) .... long story to get to this point... but ... they have custom showers. the shower heads are 8' high. their counter tops are 46" high. I feel like a little kid at their house. I can't reach anything. at least the half tub is bigger than some shower stalls... I rented one place years ago that had a stall that was so small... it creeped me out to touch the walls.

One Egg. from Blu. I have to go back out to check for late afternoon eggs... it's cold and blustery and swirly with snow outside... I don't want to go.

One more day of double route madness! I'm not going to call in sick. it should be an easy day.

I am soooo smart!!! I had to do some re-dos on the coop (thank you, husband! I told you to not touch it!). I was looking to see what I could do to get it done, and right. I managed to use the electric screwdriver to screw my left thumb, then I nailed my right thumb. Actually, I put it down on a nail coming up through the roof.
I got some things done, but mostly I did mental stuff. I needed eaves over the doors and ventilation. I found what I needed to get that done on Saturday when it will be warmer and not snowing or raining. It also gives me time to stop bleeding!
11 eggs today. Good chickies!!
