If they are light grey they are boys, black or much darker grey, girls. I know this from (a bad) experience!

They are black and getting in the sunshineI can see they are gettingdark blue wing tips. They look exactly like our adult Maran did at 5 weeks. One has feathered legs the other doesn't.

I made the Oreo brownie cupcakes. You are supposed to double the Oreos, but that made it impossible to get the batter in, didn't allow for much batter, and the PB (Jif, not a generic) mixed with the brownies to make them too oily. I made six double, and 14 single. The singles cooked better. Next time I will omit at least some of the oil added to the brownie batter.

Jax is 20" long, weighed 7.4 lbs., waiting for a text about hair color... he has Dana's families toes... which is kind of a family joke...the signal in her room is abysmal and she's greatly annoyed that they won't release her until Tuesday. Brown hair. that's gonna fall out anyway. the mobile pics are cute, but tiny, and I don't have a cable for this phone to the computer.

Mylee's blood line is full of people who love animals, it just comes naturally to her. should have made a video, but we literally JUST pulled in, she was calling all the chickens baby, behaving very gently, showing amazing awareness for a 3 year old, and no fear. we fed them some bread. it's only 7:55 her body time, and she's finally winding down now at almost 10... she's quietly playing with miniatures plucked from the shelf while Disney's Beauty and the Beast is playing in the background.

ETA for JCH... yes, she melts my heart. she has me wrapped up so tight... but she is sweet and gracious, and thankful. she's truly a lovely little girl. she has her moments... like they all do, but she's full of good energy...
