Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

Oh Yum!  dumplings really are easy... I just try to make them fairly the same size and drop them in the simmering broth, then I add a can of evaporated milk for that addictive creamy quality... Bisquick is a great blend, easy recipe, and they now have it gluten free!

I'll be right over for dinner.

Just got the book "Fresh eggs daily" I know some of you have it. It's a great book!!!!

CLindz, yep, a few of us do, and we all agree, great book, easy and creative ideas... I'm planning my garden for the Spring and will include a few new items for the flock, and I have a big field out back that is all orchard grasses and wildflowers. I always haul up clippings for them, but I will be making better use of it this year.

None of them will be fertile yet so my DD gets to bake!

I got another egg today!

That makes a total of 2 for the day. It was an egg fart, but an edible egg fart. Still warm... I suspect that it is from my EE, Si. She had been hanging out in the coop all day while her flock mates were under the toy hauler scratching around. Her first egg in three weeks!!
