Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

Never mind....
Speaking of kittens. When my babies we tint (i had 7 then) I was always in shorts. It was July after all. Well, they thought that i made the perfect tree. The kittens would run up my bare legs and climb on my arms. I had my annual Doctor appointment and when she saw the scratches, she kind of accused my of being a cutter.. "What? No... I have 4 week old kittens at home." She just looked at me and I know she didnt believe me. :idunno. Oh well.

Two..... Two.... we laid two eggs today. :yiipchick :yiipchick.
I had my appointment with the Urologist today. I have been having pain and other bladder issues since August. He said that I have a raging infection in my bladder. He was surprised that I have tolerated it for seven months. No.... I haven't tolerated it. Urgent care gave me meds for it.... it didnt help. My primary care said that things were clear and there was no infection. Finally, I went to the specialist. They are doing a culture and I might have to be on a low dose antibiotic for 6 months. :th :barnie. :he

At least the doc identified the problem. They will culture it and give you the most effective antibiotics, but oy vey, 6 months! Can't you just drink cranberry juice instead?

3 for me! I have 10, soon to be 9, laying hens. One is molting oddly enough, one hasn't laid in 3 years, and one is dying. So 3 out of 7 is actually pretty good!

My SLWyandotte has been going down hill for awhile now, and it seems the end is near. She stood and drank and walked today, but had to be carried back to the coop this evening and put in her box. She is 4 yrs old, not sure what her problem is other than old age.

None of the Seramas are laying. They are ALL broody. and sitting on a total of 16 eggs, 13 were viable as of a week ago. Should have some chicks by this weekend.
