Should I buy eggs or wait it out?

As long as you don’t damage your cholesterol by eating “heart healthy whole grains” or other starches and sugar, there is no concern with eating too much meat or eggs. Cholesterol isn’t the problem. It’s glycated and oxidized cholesterols that are the issue. Add that to the injury elevated insulin levels and nicotine do to the glycocalix and you have a perfect environment in which to develop arterial sclerosis.

There is also a strong genetic component for some people. They will have high cholesterol despite their diet.

Goodness, I didn’t post here! My RSL began laying again this past Sunday. One week after I bought eggs. I was expecting it, and it saves me having to get white eggs for Easter. I’m still waiting for the other slackers. The youngest are nineteen weeks, the slackers are 6 months, and the RSL & Welsummer are one. Wheeeeere are my eggs? :caf
Meanwhile, I am loving that I do have eggs again. No more rationing out eggs for baked goods.
