should i caponize my little chick

I think you need more chickens, just in general. The coop sounds adequate for at least 10 if not 15. That way, having a rooster or two won't be a problem.
I keep chickens iside at night and 15 to 10 chicks sounds crazy thinking about maybe 3 or 5 maybe 6 and that means more feed and supplies and I'm still in school lol

What does your family say? Did they build the coop?

Maybe take a picture of your coop and people here can make a guess at what size flock your facilities would support.

P.S. You're quite young to have heard about caponizing! Curious where you heard about it? At your age, I had never heard of it.

It's quite rare these days, because most meat chickens (KFC) are Cornish cross that are butchered at only around 8 weeks, before reaching sexual maturity.

Danny bantam cuteeee even if he or she is a rooster I think I'll keep her since shes so cute the big walnuts and streamers on rooster silkies kinda freak me out tho I guess the hen silkies are cuter. I have ace trained to come when I click my tongue so I think I could train a rooster idk I think raising a rooster could be a cool challenge
Just remember, chicke see, chicke do

Also, to address the fact that your chicken sleeps in your bed. TelL Me yOUr sECrEt!!!

I think I was looking up sexing silkie chicks and it said if you accidently get a roo you can nueter/capon it and I was like hmm what's this and I researched it and read a whole article but still had some concerns and wanted a second opinion

This boy started crowing at 3 weeks of age.

It all depends on the individual bird.

I dunno as soon as they could go all night without water and food they started sleeping inside and I only had 2 so they bonded to me and just wanted to sleep inside and they werent an aggresive breed just 2 little austrolorps and they liked it better inside at night because they were raised there. they used to run up to the door before it became night to be let in so cuteeee
