Should I have an egg pretty soon?

Girls comb have been red and big for three weeks now and in the last couple days they have been going in and out of the nesting boxes! Hoping to get an egg soon there almost 5 months old.

sounds like any minute now! Are they pulling out all of the bedding in the nest box? My first 2 hens did that.

The last 2 hens made a nice little nest and layed the next day.

I havent seen them do that yet one sat in it for at least 15 mins yesterday though.
