Should I move chicken food and water to the coop at night?

I have feed in the coop to keep it dry also have water in a folgers container with a nipple attach to it. It's been raining and very humid so that was my solution for my winter setup.

Really depends on your set up. To discourage rodents and pest birds from hanging around I remove all feed at night (inside and outside). Water simply stays out the run full time, I have an auto door since we get up late.
