I use 5 large plastic trays. I think they are 27 x 16. It's hard to see in this photo but there are two parallel roost bars over the trays.

I went with the trays because they are light weight and super easy to just pick up and scrape the poop into a bucket and then rinse them off.

Your coop is cleaner than my kitchen. (I'm totally disgusted with myself)

I really think painting the interior of a coop with a good exterior paint helps a lot with the cleanliness issue. Nothing gets a chance to soak in as it might with raw wood. Even cecal splats wipe up easily.
Having just a few chickens as opposed to a big flock of poop-flinging girls would help too. :D
But yeah, that all-white Chicken Lab look is impressive!!

We picked a "cheery yellow" from the discount paint section. And then ran out of paint (and money) before we could get a solid second coat on. It looks so "old and moldy" now and it's only been used for 5 months.

Lesson learned. We're stuck with it til the warm season.

I used teal paint on my floors, frame unpainted, and I plan to used vinyl flooring on my poop board(s), if I don't just buy plastic ones.
