This is our little rescue girl....found by animal control on the stroll....she is our only american game, and when i came home this morning i found this in the nesting box....could this be her first little egg or did someone else have a mishap?

Mine have layed tiny eggs like that before. I think it's due to stress. I assume they cut the eggs cycle short for survival reasons.

Just stumbled across a hen sitting on a clutch of 6. Never seen them lay this early let alone brooding already
