I've used wazine a few times and spent the few days after that staring at chicken sh*t and never saw a single worm.
I've given ivermectin but more for parasite prevention. (Cattle pour on type).
Now I have wormazole pills. Haven't used them yet though.
We use ivermectin paste to worm our Great Pyrenees dogs. Works great! Also you absolutely can worm chickens with it and it would kill everything I imagine.. even gape worms which I've never encountered but heard can be a bugger to get rid of. I think the dosage is what.. a pea sized amount or something like that? Is that right? Worms can most definitely become tolerant to wormers so it is good practice to rotate wormers every so often.

We really like the wormazole pills. We have some roosters that will take them all by themselves. All you have to do is drop it on the ground and they swallow it right down. lol. Others you have to push it down their throat to make sure they swallow it or else they can spit them back out. I'll be out there talking to them like now boys take your medicine.. lol. Yep I talk to my chickens.

Figured I'd share a pic of this little guy. A friend of ours breeds gamefowl too and gave him to us as a gift. He is just a stag, just now old enough to put on cord. He is 3/4 White Sport Butcher and 1/4 Johnny Jumper Kelso. We don't have any white birds on the place, just red mainly and a handful of greys so he definitely stands out. lol

I'm not sure about the paste dosage. I used the liquid pour on. I just put a few drops on each bird under the feathers on the neck more or less depending on the size of the bird. Only had 10 drop dead so it works pretty good. Nah all were just fine. I did toss all the eggs for about two weeks though.
