45!!! Buddy that's t-shirt weather. Too warm to hunt. Lol. It ain't fun til your breaking paddles on the ice. Nothing better than watching a gw teal pitch into the decoys only to belly flop on the ice. Haha. Skidded right past me.

Coldest I've ever been was when I was 18 or so a friend and I was going duck hunting and on the way the go devil kicked up marsh mud into the back of the boat and when we got to the blinds we had to chip the butts of the guns out the frozen sludge. Good times

Nah I could get probably get used to the weather. I'd just have to learn to wear shorts more often. Got a lot of hunting and fishing opportunities down that way. Much better than here. I usually go to PA, Maine and NH anyway.

in all honesty its a lot better if either u start outside early so your body acclimates as the days heat goes up or once u get a good coat of sweat its ok. On the other hand if it's August and u first go outside at 2pm its breathtaking and literally burning feeling. I'm naturally dark so I seldom burn but my wife is pale and has problems
