He's a mean one for sure. Had him out two days ago. Deloused, wormed and gave him the spa treatment. He falls asleep on my arms. Wakes up and bites the sh*t out of me. Lol. He's a grumpy bird.

Lol this bird is real good with the hens. I swear when I was collecting eggs I wasn't sure they were gonna be fertile. Barely saw him mating and the hen barely had a feather out of place, don't bother chicks running in and out of his pen either. If it wasn't for these two things he'd be gone by now as I've got a few stags off of him. I try not to mess with him if I've had a rough day. Lol

One of my ruble hens don't like him either she likes to pen fight him. Had to take her chicks and put her up. She was about done with em anyway.

I had one of my rubles come off her nest and go straight to another pen trying to fight a broodcock through the wire and he huld is right spur off before I could break it up.

what a pain. Thats the kind of stuff I was explaining to the guy who stopped today asking about chickens. I could tell he was wondering why the h*ll would anybody deal with all this? Lol. I just told him that it's a lot of work but totally worth it. Just going out to feed em, crowing up a storm. It's the simpler things in life that mean the most.

Got him huh havoc, good. I was supposed to go hunting last night but fell asleep. I saw a freshly used trail going to my dog pen. Last time there was 3 or 4 using it
