Now that is interesting combination of traits. What strain has all that in one bird.

they came from birds that came from west Virginia. an old timer from Erie County, name of Virgil lost all his birds last year after he had a heart attack, surgery, rehab, nursing home, etc. when he got home late winter he wanted more birds, and had it in his head, he was going to get them from from someone down there. these are some of the offspring. I call them Hatfield Greys. the pullet is very aggressive. I also have a red pullet I really like that I got from him that I call a McCoy, lol
 
Here is a new one, for me at least! Cottontail rabbits eating feed out of buckets and now even a few chicks. I thought I had a snake but busted a rabbit in the act. They are not very good at it but the a couple day old fuzz does not have a change in the dark. Rabbits are otherwise eating everything less than a foot tall in cockyard and it nothing to see better than a dozen in yard on one side of house. They are eating all the legumes that the chickens would normally consume. In a roughly 3 acre area this would be called a plague. Neighbors got almost no rabbits.
