Cool, I wouldn't have thought them to be good fliers with such dense bodies.Yes ,had tuzos awhile the lil birds can fly like sparrows and are lil flighty if not acclimated to you .
Honestly I think it's best to start giving them different grains, pellets, boss and corn while they're still young if your gonna do it at all. Sometimes all mine want is the grains and no pellets. If they don't eat it quick I just cut em down the next day. Every bird I have is different though in how much and how fast they eat. Same with water. I have a few that barely drink any even when it's hot.Help ,,how do i get my chickens to eating ,,,pellets like layer ,and whole corn ,, mine only eat crimped and soybean meal crushed and always pick around oats they dont like oats much ,they dont even clean up the soaked oats,,,picky birds???
Once you get the hang of it. It's fun as h*ll. Fly fishing for warmwater stuff ain't even close to the delicate tiny flies and perfect casts needed for trout. Just sling it on out there and strip, strip, strip lolThem look nice havoc, I gotta start practicing the fly rod again so it don't look like I'm swatting bees
