Many want to do the same for voting privileges. You have to have some sort of proof you are legit and not a threat to someone else's opinion.

you guys dont have a 10 day waiting period to get background check and to register the gun?

I know if I make my own for personal use, I dont have do anything like that.

Nope and heard with a concealed carry permit no background check. In and out in 10min although I haven't bought any firearms out of a store since I got mine so that's hearsay. I will say prior I got delayed most of the time but they release the gun after 3 business days if they have not heard Back

And you know what is even more BS but cool loop-hole... My brother-in-law is Sheriff and they dont have to follow the gun laws.. they can practically purchase anything they want... and then after 6 months able to sell through private party transfer to regular citizens (but its another 10 day waiting perioid).

And as far as ammo cards go I think that's More of a quantity issue how can they track individual casings

We have some of the worst gun laws in the nation. Supposed to have all kinds of sh*t to buy one. I wouldn't know
