Your birds do have a look that is hard to place. Some show a mix of traits typical of American Game, Oriental Game and Modern Game all at the same time.

How do you get away with having birds that close together? I can do it with American Dominiques on one side because those bumbling bozo's are not only not game, they are not even aggressive.

worked on chicken yard today Disked it up leveled it out seeded it hayed it down watered it and moved the chickens ,heres a shot of back of the chicken yard , minus the electric netting ,i took it down to get the tractor back in.

I pay close attention to the pecking order and pen as needed. Ready to catch any wire fights before they happen

Mid-upper 40's feels great but the way the birds look you'd think it was in the teens.

As a general rule, changes here occur while I am at work. If I am not careful I come home to ground meat covered in bloody feathers.
