No offense, but he looks rough, not in the tail area though, but everywhere else. Has he had many accidents or something?

A few week ago he got out of his pen and had a fight with my other rooster he hasn't been my favorite rooster the only reason I'm using him for breeding is he is the only spangled rooster I have left my other spangled rooster is old and has feet problems

The father to that spangled rooster was the best rooster I ever had he had it all the broad chest a tail that when up and curled that was not to Low and was really big that's another reason I'm using this rooster since he has his fathers blood in him his father sadly caught a bad case of bumblefoot and never fully recovered and I had him in a pen by himself and another rooster I was planning on selling was in a pen next to him and the rooster in the pen next to him flew and somehow the wire saged and he fell into the spangled roosters pen and the spangled rooster feet was so swollen up there wasn't much he could do he put up a good fight before he died tho cause when I found him dead the other rooster that killed him was pretty beat up too after that accident I started building my pens different and separating the roosters a good ways apart

tbh I freaked out and got him broke of that habit, but he sired a nice kid and one of his grandkid came out plye. The last one is at my poultry friend dad house helping develop plye Krainkoppe.

I have some that I call late bloomers... they are slow to mature but they end up being the biggest on my yard. They also game out later too... 

Are his toes/feet bigger than his siblings? 

Some may mature later than others but a late bloomer of the same hatch is a cull chief.
