Not sure what bird your thinking of but this one ain't it. This a stag from this year.

My mistake Havoc. I thought it was a stag you posted earlier and mentioned you had a brother to him that had a better attitude but was very similar.

Been doing some reading over the holiday. Does anyone give their birds oil in their feed to help feathering? Also, does anyone use compost in their pens or horse manure?

Funny you should ask, I moved some around last night. They filled up too fast! lol. I didn't want to use them so soon, but had some young stags that just needed to be separated. I have an 8x16 shed that is basically a large single pen. I have been contemplating building some small 2x2 cages/keep pens in there, just to have some place to go with young stags. I try to do some culling when they are young, but it still seems like there are too many to sort effectively. Got any ideas?

lol. I see so many nice birds on here it is hard to keep them straight, but it amazes me how we come to know every bird on our own yards.

My wife just informed me that she had to put a stag in the basement in one of my dog crates. lol it's big for a Doberman. Evidently he just went apesh*t this morning. Can't wait to get home from work lol

At least Havoc you can depend on her ,,I think all my chickens could get loose and fly away and none of the occupants of this homestead would know but me .
