She is certainly different. Base color if pumpkin not operating looks to me to be brown red.
i got eggs awhile back. No brown red that I can see but there is plenty of hatch. Another pullet looks like a real light Wheaton.

Same pullet. I originally got these for my wife figuring that would just be average birds. Well I've had to pen 2 stags because they have surprised the h*ll out of me. Had an unfortunate accident with an 18 month old penny stag on a cord involving a 7 month old pumpkin stag running loose. One bird short and had to pen the pumpkin.

Shubin saw a utube video with u. Cool would love to be in that hot sun. Let's say u want so to speak a pure bird. For example a yellow birchen. They are supposed to have straight combs however this persons stock is all pea comb is it hard to breed a straight comb back into the bird
Cool... what video?

Its easy to breed in straight comb... The easiest way would be to find a yellow birchen with straight comb and that breed into your flock.

The second easiest would be find similar/complimenting breed/cross (maybe pumpkin or grey) with straight comb and breed it/them into your flock. Take straight comb offspring and breed back to pea originals. Sell all offspring that come pea comb and use new offspring (3/4 yellow birchen w/ straight comb) as new brood to previous years straight combs (their parents). Keep originals so you can keep breeding them to straight comb. Eventually you'll have a big population of what you want and then your pea combs can retire.

dont breed full brother to full sister... try other relations. Aunt to nephew, grandparents to grandkids, etc.

He was released immediately after photograph. What I will be watching for is will he keep working pens?
probably not... scared the crap out of him it sounds like...
