Oh yea shubin cant have that in your program ,,unless whats the possibility of a two stag whooping the older bird?
Thats what I thought when I got home (after dark).... but in the morning, only one other stag was beat up...

There was some damage to the wire on the next aviary over... My theory is that the Older Cock got out and started pen fighting with his neighbor, while he was focused on this, the young stag came up, clocked him good and kept on top of him, never giving the older cock a good chance to come back.

i view killer as a killer, theres way too many bunny huggers around now to make your senario possible.
That is a good thing... Be a pretty bleak world if everyone was thinking this way and killing everything.

I am glad there are bunny huggers out there or else we wouldnt have bunnies. Its a shame there wasn't any Mammoth or American Lion huggers before we killed them off.

That is not how I have seen such work unless cock was infirm.

There is a chance cock was not a good as stag...

I did recently trim cock's spurs. Cock has been cooped for 2 years (in large aviary though), while stag has been free range.

Stag is a bit smaller at the moment but will be about same size when matured.

I bet when them chickens get in pen fights they all sore and it hurts them to walk and maybe their wings hurt when they try to fly just being a chicken. Poor chickens

My View On All That Is We Humans Need To Be Elsupreme Predator ,I have no use for American Lions on the prowl ,we can handle all culling ,and I dont plan on living any were that i can be on the menu.

We do have mountain lions in the us. Ever heard of the ice age? Good god that's why the dumb*ss hippies get looked at the way they do, don't know sh*t and just repeat what they hear.

It don't take penfighting to make em all sore. Had a few stags with messed up beaks courtesy of two different black stags. Head hunters they are.
Lol

We are supreme predator.

We now have responsibility to maintain or improve current natural conditions... Stop human growth and overpopulation... Unless of course you dont like the wild. One of the urban boys.
