she wanted to fight she's actually on her way down. She hit the wire then slid down to the board

Most all my females will fight the male unless they brought up together from chicks

Issue I have now is I have 3 lacy pullets together and want to breed but I don't want to breed all to the same male so ima have to break them up and then there goes 2 more pens. Can't put them back together. But that's cool better to have more than less

getting ready for breeding season it'll be here before we know it. I'm getting in order now gonna hit the ground running. Mind u not hitting the ground running flypen style but hitting it nonetheless lol

Cool... Yeah good idea getting head start... I should probably setup some brooders for extra chicks...
I dont want to incubate anything this year. Just have hen hatched and then take her chicks and leave all but 2-3 for her. Seemed to work well last year.

My female shepherd has been cured of killing chickens, so I should have better results.

I couldn't fully trust a dog they instinctively respond to motion. Even if they know it's wrong. Hope all goes well
