Kind of sad to sell this stag this weekend. New owner promised to keep me updated on his growth.

nope... I just know the hassle...

I have a few that have broken welds all over and need replacing because they wont hold a determined stag/rooster/hen.

You know the brand wire you use? I haven't had many problems with broken welds, even pulling it with come alongs. I have all redbrand wire, might be a difference in quality or something.
They do bend the sh*t out of them wires though. Even pens that went rolling in the past didn't have hardly any busted welds that I can recall.

I bet that's it. I'm sure it's just a quality thing. Redbrand is kinda expensive but that's what I buy. Made in the US.

TSC has redbrand, that's also what I've been using the last few years.

I get mine from Lowe's it's been so long I don't remember the brand I think it had a cow or horse on it or something
