4oz cups and I'd say the eggs are medium. I doubt layers would fit. Obviously bantams would be fine

Thank you for the prompt response! Actually, they sound perfect for my needs so I'm going to try them... appreciate the input, will go back to lurker status now (yes, I enjoy the sanity of the thread in comparison to some of the alternatives)...

No way @flypen. I'm 100% sure I gave him Hatch pullets for sure, not too sure on the stag. We will find out soon enough, no biggie.
