nothing . It is only turned on when sprinklers come on... I've never had problems with algae in my sprinkler or dripper lines...

I am more worried about the sun heating up the black dripper lines, dispensing boiling water to my chickens.. I tried burying a lot of the line, but some is still exposed.

Ha. It's a yard mutt but I know what it is. It's half miner/grey. Not sure about them legs though.
