When it comes to dubbing these birds, is it something you grew up doing? Or was it something you had to learn and do after acquiring these fowl?

If you've never done it before, how did your first time go? How did you work yourself up to doing it?

I have no problem killing and butchering chickens, but I'm not sure I could dub stags.
